We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to take steps before entering into a contract with you, such as discussing or preparing a proposal. Our lawful basis under the UK GDPR is our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who processes it for us
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) relays contact form submissions to us by email.
- Google Workspace provides our email.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers it through its network. It may process IP addresses in server logs for security.

International transfers
Some of these providers may process data in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, as UK data protection law requires.

How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them for your enquiry or our business relationship, typically no longer than 2 years after our last contact, and then delete them.
